Pay competition registration fees;
Post original content or repost content from social media;

Additional features may be introduced periodically. Continued use of the Service constitutes
acceptance of such updates.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service, depending on local laws. Minors must
have verified parental or guardian consent. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that
you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
4. Account Registration
You may be required to create an account. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of your
credentials and are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. The Company
reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms.
5. SMS & Text Messaging Communications
By creating an account and providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive SMS
text messages from Maxt Out Dance for account authentication (e.g., One-Time Passcodes)
and important service alerts.

6. Payments and Transactions
All payments for registration fees, event tickets, and merchandise are processed via secure
third-party payment processors (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay, Stripe, or similar).

All transactions are final unless otherwise required by law.
Refunds, if applicable, will follow the refund policy outlined at checkout.
Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Apple App Store and Google Play billing terms apply where relevant.
We do not store full credit or debit card details on our servers.
7. Livestreaming and Content
a. Event Broadcasts: Competitions and performances may be livestreamed, recorded, and
distributed by the Company or its partners. By attending or participating in an event, you grant
permission for your likeness, image, and performance to be captured and used for promotional
or archival purposes.
b. User Content: You may upload or repost content, provided you own or have obtained the
necessary rights. You grant the Company a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive,
sublicensable license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute such content for the purpose of
operating and promoting the Service.
c. Prohibited Content: Content that is defamatory, obscene, infringing, or otherwise unlawful is
strictly prohibited. The Company may remove or restrict access to any content that violates
these rules.
8. Community Guidelines
Users must conduct themselves respectfully toward others. Harassment, hate speech,
intellectual property violations, spam, or fraudulent activity may result in immediate suspension
or termination of access to the Service.
9. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Service, including trademarks, designs, code, and graphics,
belong to the Company or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or

data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach
of these Terms, your content, or your use of the Service.
